These Terms of Service govern your use of HostTurn's cleaning services and communication systems.

SERVICES

HostTurn provides short-term rental turnover cleaning services. We coordinate cleaning schedules, team assignments, and property owner communications through our operations platform.

TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

Program Name: HostTurn Operations Notifications

By providing your phone number to HostTurn and joining our cleaning team or engaging our services as a property owner/manager, you consent to receive operational text messages. These messages include:

- Cleaning schedule confirmations and reminders
- Arrival check-ins and progress updates
- Job completion notifications and invoicing
- Urgent communications about property issues

Message frequency varies based on your cleaning schedule (typically 3-10 messages per active cleaning day). Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

OPT-OUT: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a confirmation message.
HELP: Reply HELP for assistance or contact pedro@hostturn.com.

PAYMENT TERMS

Property owners and managers agree to pay for cleaning services at the rates specified in their service agreement. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice following completion of each cleaning.

Cleaning team members are compensated at their agreed-upon rates for each completed cleaning assignment.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

HostTurn provides cleaning services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for damages beyond the cost of the specific cleaning service in question.

MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
